4.1 On becoming a member of NSMW, organisations are issued with usernames and passwords for registered members of staff to enable access to the member only area of the website. These usernames and passwords are personal to each registered member of staff and are not transferable to other staff members or to non-member organisations.
4.2 Organisations' registered staff members are responsible for another staff member or organisation using their username and password, and are liable for any payments due for goods or services accessed through the website by anyone using their individual username and password.
4.3 Any breach of security of a username and password must immediately be notified to NSMW and to the organisation's NSMW Administrator.
5. ACCESS TO THE NSMW WEBSITE AND CONTENT
5.1 Usernames and passwords enable access to documents and resources available only to members.
5.2 The information provided on the NSMW website is not in any way an invitation or recommendation to buy any products or services featured and, where necessary, users should seek appropriate independent advice.
5.3 NSMW will use reasonable endeavours to allow uninterrupted access to the website but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time without notice.
5.4 NSMW reserves the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the website or posted by members onto the social message areas.
5.5 There are links on the NSMW website to other websites that may be of interest. NSMW does not accept responsibility for the content of these websites. Users should check the terms and conditions on each of these websites.
6. STATUTORY RIGHTS
6.1 These terms and conditions do not affect a user's statutory rights.
7. JURISDICTION
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes are to be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
