Users of the National School Meals Week ('NSMW') website agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 In these terms and conditions, "we", "us" and "NSMW" means National School Meals Week which is run by the Local Authority Caterers Association.
1.2 "User" means a visitor to the NSMW website.

2. DISCLAIMER
2.1 The NSMW regularly updates the website and often includes statistics and information on the school catering industry. NSMW uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure the data on its website is accurate and up to date, and where necessary will correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable. However, NSMW gives no guarantee of the accuracy and currency of the information provided on the website. Nor does NSMW accept liability for any errors or omissions on the website, or the outcome of the use of such information.
2.2 In no event shall NSMW be liable for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, business or other indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising out of use of the website, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
2.3 NSMW does not give any warranty that the website is free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful affect on any technology.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY/COPYRIGHT
3.1 The copyright in the material contained in the NSMW website, including design, text, graphics, photography, video, code and software belongs to NSMW. All rights are reserved. None of the material may be reproduced or redistributed without the prior permission of the NSMW.
3.2 Users interested in copying any information contained in the website should contact NSMW.
3.3 Provided that users acknowledge NSMW as the source of the information they may download or print a single copy for their own non-commercial off-line viewing but are not entitled to make any further copies of that work.

4. USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS
4.1 On becoming a member of NSMW, organisations are issued with usernames and passwords for registered members of staff to enable access to the member only area of the website. These usernames and passwords are personal to each registered member of staff and are not transferable to other staff members or to non-member organisations.
4.2 Organisations' registered staff members are responsible for another staff member or organisation using their username and password, and are liable for any payments due for goods or services accessed through the website by anyone using their individual username and password.
4.3 Any breach of security of a username and password must immediately be notified to NSMW and to the organisation's NSMW Administrator.

5. ACCESS TO THE NSMW WEBSITE AND CONTENT
5.1 Usernames and passwords enable access to documents and resources available only to members.
5.2 The information provided on the NSMW website is not in any way an invitation or recommendation to buy any products or services featured and, where necessary, users should seek appropriate independent advice.
5.3 NSMW will use reasonable endeavours to allow uninterrupted access to the website but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time without notice.
5.4 NSMW reserves the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the website or posted by members onto the social message areas.
5.5 There are links on the NSMW website to other websites that may be of interest. NSMW does not accept responsibility for the content of these websites. Users should check the terms and conditions on each of these websites.

6. STATUTORY RIGHTS
6.1 These terms and conditions do not affect a user's statutory rights.

7. JURISDICTION
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes are to be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
